Dr. Zachary Rohr is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board-qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Rohr spent much of his youth on the soccer field, and his love of the sport earned him a spot on East Tennessee State University’s inaugural men’s soccer team. Over his years in the sport, he was plagued with injuries like recurrent ankle sprains and a fractured fibula. Facing foot and ankle problems of his own, Dr. Rohr knew that his path in medicine would be in podiatry.
Today, his medical expertise and athletic history combine to give him an exceptional level of knowledge and insight from which patients benefit. His passion for helping others overcome issues he has experienced first-hand is rewarded tenfold when his patients finally find relief from chronic pain or are able to fully resume their pre-injury activities.
After moving to the Baton Rouge area in early 2022, Dr. Rohr quickly found a fit for his orthopedic passion in The Bone and Joint Clinic. When he is not in the clinic helping patients or performing surgery, he enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
