Health Insurance

The Business Office at The Bone and Joint Clinic will verify that your benefits are in effect for your outpatient surgery. It is important that your insurance information is accurate and current. If your insurance coverage for your procedure is through your regular health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you and present it when you check in. We also ask that you please bring photo identification.

The Surgery Center will inform you of any facility cost share you may owe, including deductible, co insurance and co payment. YOUR COST SHARE IS DUE IN FULL ON THE DATE OF SERVICE (unless other arrangements have been made with the Business Office Manager). WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH AND CHECKS. Due to privacy rules, we can only discuss your benefits with you directly. In the event the patient is not of the age of majority, we can only discuss benefit information with the custodial parent.

You may also receive statements or bills from your surgeon/physician, anesthesia, lab and/or durable medical equipment. These are separate from the services provided by the Surgery Center. Any questions regarding these services must be directed to the particular entity billing you. We do not bill for these types of services.

You can reach a patient accounts representative at:
